Who are Reach EPS Ltd.?

 

Reach EPS Ltd. is a uniform, promotional clothing and corporate gifts company located in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. We specialise in the embroidering and screen printing of uniforms and corporate clothing. We operate from our own purpose built factory and employ around twenty members of staff.

 

Over the past fifteen years Reach has produced uniforms of various types for hundreds of schools and with the advent of our new School Web-Shop concept our customer and product list is growing.

 

 

 

Why should our school have a Uniform Web-Shop?

Fifteen years ago when Reach began producing school uniforms it was the schools themselves who organised the collating and placing of uniform orders. Sadly due to funding pressures and increasing workloads many schools no longer have the administration time required to look after the ordering of uniforms and have allowed local shops to sell them. However many local shops now charge exceptionally high prices for uniform which has increased the financial burden on the parents and very few if any of the shops donate any of their profits to the schools themselves. Therefore schools not only lose a degree of control over their uniform but a significant financial income also.

Why should our parents buy their child's uniform online?

Well, the massive growth in online shopping is well documented and many parents already use online shops every week. It has become a very safe and convenient way of buying  everything from holiday flights to weekly groceries. This trend toward on-line shopping is set to continue and increase exponentially.

But its not only the convenience of not having to drag reluctant kids around high street shops that’s of benefit to the parents but more importantly because Reach EPS Ltd is an actual producer of School uniforms our prices are often substantially lower than those of the high street shops.

A recent study showed our online uniforms items were up to 25% less expensive than the exact same garments sold in the high street. When you take into consideration that many parents have more than one child attending the same school the savings for each family are significant.

 

Will the school benefit from having its own Uniform Web-Shop?

The new Web-Shop concept returns control of the uniform to the school, no items are listed for sale on the site until the school has approved them. The school also benefits in administration time in that all enquires and parent queries about uniforms are handled by Reach EPS Ltd. freeing up your office time.

The most significant benefit to the school however is that not only do the parents save up to 25% on the cost of their uniforms but the school itself also receives a percentage (usually at least 10%) from EVERY single sale made on the site. This money is given directly to the school by Reach EPS Ltd.and can be plowed back into school funds or the  PTA etc. To our knowledge no other company or shop operates in this way. We feel that it is only right that the school, not just the retailer, should benefit from any profits made from the sale of its uniforms.

How much is your present retailer donating to your school from uniform sales each year?

Being a producer Reach is able to save parents money and provide a means of income for the schools by selling via the School Web-Shops. We consider this a form of partnership and that’s why our Web-Shop slogan is

What Schools are operating the School Web-Shop system?

The schools listed on the left of this page all already operate our School-Web Shop system and each name listed is a link to their actual Uniform Web-Shops(click on a few and see what you think, we’re sure you’ll find them colorful and easy to operate)

This is a brand new concept  and more schools are being added almost every week, keep an eye on the list  to see more schools coming online.

 

Does having our own Web-Shop not restrict our parents choices?

Not at all, in fact the opposite is true. The Web-Shop is simply an alternative means of buying uniform, obviously we would prefer your parents to buy all their uniform from the Web-Shop but we understand some will still opt for the (more expensive) high street shops, it comes down to personal choice.

We offer an alternative, less expensive uniform option for parents that supports the school financially and we think the benefits speak for themselves.

 

I see the school uniforms on your School Web-Shop sites are less expensive than those sold in high street shops, does that mean they are of an inferior quality?

No, on almost every occasion the uniforms we sell through the Web-shops are from the same manufacturers as those sold in the shops. If anything because we produce the uniforms and have total control over the products our quality is better.

 

So what's involved in setting up Our School Web-Shop?

The process itself is very simple. A representative of Reach EPS Ltd. meets with a member of school staff and together they establish exactly what the school uniform consists off and all the products the school wishes listed on the site. We then produce a sample of every single item and submit it to you for approval. Once the exact specifications and final samples are approved we produce the images and launch the site and that's it. This process requires about an hour or two of your time to agree and approve samples, after that the shop is up and running in about two weeks.

Reach EPS Ltd has taken the decision to only set-up sites in conjunction with the schools themselves. We will not set up a site unless the school itself requests it.

 

 What if a parent orders an item and it does not fit  their child?

That's not a problem, as with buying clothing from most major on-line retailers all deliveries include a FREE postage paid returns label.

If it doesnt fit simply pop it back in the post to us free of charge and we will exchange it, no if's, no buts.
